Our Terms with condition & Privacy Policy

You agree to these terms by using eHostingo for any services provided by eHostingo, any related service or services offered by it’s partners:

1.0 Privacy Policy

1.1 This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill the user’s order. We will not sell or redistribute your information and personal data to anyone. But we are bound to provide the information to the administration for any governmental or legal investigation. We always respect and protect your privacy.

2.0 Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

In the case of shared hosting, if any client applies for a refund within 30 days of the service being activated, he should inform us with the details about the appropriate reasons for the refund request and what problem he/she is facing with the service of eHostingo. Then eHostingo will try to solve the problem. First, it will be decided by eHostingo if the problem is related to our service. If it is related to our service and not possible to solve the issue then a refund will be given for that service. After considering the issue, if the authority of eHostingo considers there is no problem related to the service or if a refund is requested after 30 days, it will not be acceptable in any way. Similarly, in the case of VPS, if a client applies for a refund within 7 days of the service being activated (and mention the reason for the refund and the problem), then the problem is reviewed by eHostingo, and if there is any problem related to our service and it is not possible to solve the problem then he will get the refund. 3.0 Hacking / DDoS / Interference

3.1 We monitor the traffic flow on our network. If our systems detect suspicious traffic or activity, we may review it manually. We do not allow hacking, DDoS, interference to other users of eHostingo, or any other illegal work. Any such event will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of that user’s service or services and the entire responsibility will fall on that customer.

4.0 Account Suspension / Termination

4.1 Any DMCA violating content, illegal hacking activities or materials, copyrighted content, adult content, email marketing or spamming is not allowed from any services including shared/reseller hosting and Business mail service. Any kind of suspicious or illegal activity can cause account suspension or termination without any prior notice.

4.2 If payment is not made before the end of the due date, the user’s service will be automatically suspended within a maximum of 24 hours. In the case of shared / reseller hosting, any account suspended because of the due bill can be reactivated by paying within 28 days. In the case of other services excluding shared/reseller hosting, any suspended account can be reactivated by making a payment within a maximum of 7 days. If a customer does not pay within 7 days for those services then his account/service will be permanently terminated.

4.3 If a customer does not pay within 28 days for shared/reseller hosting or within 7 days for other services excluding shared/reseller hosting, then his account/service will be permanently terminated. We don’t provide any backup for free (If the backup is available) after the termination of any account and eHostingo does not guarantee any kind of backup restoration of terminated accounts. If the user applies for a full backup of his account from us even after termination, the backup restoration fee of 50$ will be applicable. But if a user has CloudBackup service added with his hosting, then the user can restore his terminated account for free within 90 days (If the backup is available) from the due date. If a user doesn’t have the CloudBackup service added with his hosting and still wants to avoid the restoration charge then he has to purchase the CloudBackup service for at least 12 months along with that hosting plan – subject to approval from eHostingo and the total (backup plus hosting) price should be greater than the restoration fee.

Note: we do not keep any backup of VPS and business mail services. So it is not possible to restore its data after terminating this service. Even paying for data restoration charges is not possible.

4.4 For domain restoration, you can restore the domain by paying the domain restoration charge as per the TLD requirement (within the timeframe of domain restoration).

4.5 eHostingo reserves the right to suspend/terminate any service at any time. including but not limited to:

If a service was accidentally activated in a client’s account.

If any service of eHostingo is used by the customer directly or indirectly against any country, state, or any other criminal purpose.

If it violates any terms and conditions of eHostingo or abuses any of our offers.

4.6 Before taking any service of eHostingo, you must create an account by providing the correct information and take the service from that account. If the account is created with the incorrect information for any reason or if any information of the client is permanently changed (email, phone number, address) it should be changed within a maximum of 7 working days by contacting the appropriate department. If any service of eHostingo is used against any country, state, for any other criminal purpose or if any client takes services by providing any kind of false information, eHostingo will not bear any kind of responsibilities.

4.7 If any kind of misinformation is found while verifying the information or if there is any suspicion or suspicion against the information, eHostingo Authority reserves the right to suspend all services of that account, terminate it, or even permanently close that account.

4.8 eHostingo respects the existing law of Bangladesh. So, according to the existing law, if any cooperation is required for the law enforcement agencies, eHostingo will provide direct cooperation there.

5.0 Shared Hosting Accounts

5.1 inodes (File Limit) limit

We apply an inodes (file limit) limit per cPanel account because that is where we see optimal server performance. We do also understand that It may not be possible for all our customers to work within this file limit; for this reason, this is a “Soft limit” meaning that while the limit is reached, you will still be able to upload files. Once the account exceeds the allowed number of files then it will violate our Terms of Service and can result in possible suspension. If a customer needs to increase the inode limit, he has to open a support ticket and we will increase the inode limit for the hosting, additional charges may apply.

5.2 Data Backup Limit

Users with more than 20GB of storage used will be excluded from all kinds of regular backup unless the user has the “Cloud Backup” Service with that hosting.

6.0 Server Uptime Guarantee

eHostingo has an uptime guarantee for different services.

6.1 Terms of Guarantee

eHostingo guarantees 99.9% service (PHP, FTP, POP, IMAP, SMTP, etc) uptime on all hosting plans. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a prorated amount for the duration of excessive downtime. However, you must be claimed for the downtime problem by contacting them within 7 days. The credit amount will not exceed the price of one month’s service charge of the product or service in question.

7.0 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

eHostingo works by coordination with GDPR

7.1 Storage of Personal Data

The data that we collect from the users are stored in the USA, but it may be processed by staff operating outside the US and EEA (European Economic Area) who work for us or one of our affiliates. Such staff may process your data while fulfilling orders and providing support for your services. By using our services, users acknowledge that their data may be processed outside of the EEA.

7.2 Protection of Personal Data

eHostingo takes a variety of security measures to protect users’ data from unauthorized access. However, no part of the Internet can be considered 100% secure.

7.3 Data Retention

User’s data will be retained and processed as long as it is required to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements. At the end of the retention period, we will either delete or anonymize your data, unless it is stored in a backup archive and isolated from further processing.

7.4 Updating, Deleting and Downloading Your Data

Users may update their data at any time either through the client area Account section or by submitting a support ticket. But we may require proof of identification to change certain data fields. Users may request that eHostingo export their active personal data by opening a support ticket. Billing system access logs, which may be stored for any duration of time at eHostingo’s discretion, cases where financially fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity is deemed to have occurred (as determined by eHostingo management or law enforcement officials), in which case personal information may be retained indefinitely for purposes of ongoing investigation and prevention of fraud recurrence, or cases where a violation of the Terms of Service has resulted in the termination of the Customer’s account. Personal information may be retained indefinitely for purposes of prevention of further use of eHostingo’s services in the future by the offending Customer. Exception of these, Customers with no active services may request that their account be closed and personal data be deleted from eHostingo’s databases. But eHostingo can permanently store all the necessary data to comply with the legal obligations and for the implementation of legal agreements and policies for future audits.

7.5 Communication

We may contact our users directly or through a third-party service provider regarding products or services they have ordered from us. If anyone opened an account in the client area, we may also send marketing emails to them. Also included in our communication methods: email, text (SMS) message, IRC chat, push notifications, or phone calls. eHostingo does not provide support through any other means without the helpline. Billing updates are automatically sent to the customer’s email, so we don’t communicate separately via phone call about this.

7.6 Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may share aggregate statistical data about our customers with third parties, such as advertisers or suppliers. This aggregate statistical data will not identify you personally.

7.7 Your Rights Under GDPR

If the user is a resident of the EEA, they have the following data protection rights, which they may exercise by contacting us via support ticket:

Right to Access – User has the right to access his data and to request a data export from us.

Right to Rectification – The users have the right to have any incorrect or incomplete personal data corrected.

Right to Restrict – The users have the right to request the restriction of processing their data where there is no legitimate reason for us to do so.

Right to Object – The users have the right to object to the processing of their data where we have no legitimate reason to do so.

Right to Erasure – The users have the right to request the erasure of any personal data we have collected. However, eHostingo reserves the right to decline this request for financial and legal requirements.

Right to Withdraw Consent – The users have the right to withdraw consent (unsubscribe) from any marketing communications we may send.

Please note that we may ask the users to verify their identity before responding to such requests.

The users have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about the use of their Personal Data. For more information, the users can contact their local data protection authority in the EEA.

7.8 GDPR Data Processing Agreement

Users do not need to sign any DPA. By agreeing to our Terms of Service and/or using our products and services, you are automatically accepting our DPA. If you choose to sign it, you may ask for a copy at abuse@ehostingo.com

7.9 Age Restrictions

Our service is not available to children under the age of 18, and we will not intentionally store personal information about anyone under the age of 18. Since our services are not applicable for minors, they may use their parent’s documents to obtain our services, subject to the parent’s permission.

8.0 Offer and Affiliate Abuse

8.1 We run promotional offers occasionally for our new customers. If you are one of our existing customers and try to cancel your previous package to get the new offer, we will not allow that. Please understand that a company needs to make revenue to sustain itself. If we can provide our customers value they should not manipulate offers just to get discounts regularly. If that happens, we may not be able to continue to provide our customers enough value and good support that we are providing now. So, please do not try to manipulate our offers. If any of our customers do so, our automated AI (Artificial Intelligence) or manual review will mark it as an “Offer Abuse” and instantly or subsequently cancel their order, at the same time, if multiple accounts or services are taken in the name of the customer or another name, those accounts or services will also be terminated permanently. We don’t provide any refund for abuse-related accounts or service termination.

8.2 Users should also not use their own affiliate links to buy services directly or indirectly for their use. If we detect such behavior, affiliation and any pending affiliate commission will be invalid.

8.3 Users must not share their affiliate link in an abusive or spammy environment. Affiliate links of eHostingo may only be shared in Blog Posts, Landing pages, Ads, and Video Content.

9.0 Suspension & Termination Rules

9.1 Web Hosting Service Suspension and Termination

Suspension generally happens automatically when users have a due bill. If one of our customers doesn’t pay their bill within the due date their service will be suspended on the same day. After the suspension, we allow our customer 27 days to make the payment and after the payment, the service will be activated instantly. But if the user’s invoice remains unpaid, our system terminates his account permanently with all the data it contains. Once an account has been terminated, it can not be reactivated by paying the unpaid invoice and we do not guarantee any data backup after service is terminated. But if anyone wants to apply to restore the terminated service with the data (if available) they can do it within 90 days by paying $50 restoration fees.

9.2 Hosting Abuse Suspension

The following actions will result in immediate abuse suspension of the user’s account:

User’s service will be suspended for sending Bulk emails from the website, webmail, or using any script.

Excessive server resources will result in account suspension until the user upgrades his package.

Any kind of activity on a user’s website that is prohibited by international law and his local ICT act will result in immediate account suspension. (It may also result in permanent termination.)

Service fair usage policy violation will result in suspension.

9.3 Hosting Abuse Termination

The following actions will result in immediate abuse termination of the user’s account:

Hosting any phishing link/script/content, drugs, pornography.

Any kind of activity on a user’s website that is prohibited by international law and his local ICT act might result in account termination. (It may also result in a temporary termination/suspension, for legal investigation)

If you try to spread hate or conflicts between any nation, religion, society, community using our service.

Any kind of payment or card fraud will result in immediate service termination.

We don’t allow any scamming and spamming using our service.

We strictly prohibit anti-govt activities, cryptocurrency (for the restricted countries such as Bangladesh), any kind of money laundering activities, money, or investing scam. If any of our users does anything like this his account will be permanently terminated without any prior notification. No data will be provided to the user in case of any kind of abuse termination/suspension and you agree that you will not even ask for data backup if you violate the termination rules.=

10.0 Cancellation Policy

10.1 Hosting Cancellation

Users can cancel their hosting services anytime by submitting a cancellation request from our client area. No cancellation fees will be applicable for the normal cancellation process. If the user wants to get the money back after cancellation, he has to create a support ticket at the billing department for processing the money back. After that, the Billing Department will review if the user’s service cancellation is eligible for a refund according to our money-back guarantee and refund terms. If it is eligible, we will refund the money to the user. If it is not eligible we will deny the refund request.

11.0 Fair Usage Policy

A Fair Usage policy is in place to ensure all of the users at eHostingo gets the service that they have paid for with acceptable quality without hampering the experience or performance of other users. Please check our Fair Usage Policy for more details.

12.0 DMCA Notice

eHostingo is a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) compliant service provider that respects the copyright ownership of materials and reviews every valid DMCA Notice. After verifying the DMCA notice, we will attempt to contact the reported website owner via email and give them time to remove the reported content. Repeated instances of valid copyright infringement or avoidance of any action regarding the notice may lead to account suspension or termination of that user. eHostingo can only attempt to contact or take action on the services directly hosted with eHostingo. We do not have control over services that are not hosted with eHostingo.

Before submitting a valid DMCA Notice, please verify if the service is actually hosted with eHostingo. Also, please be sure that you are the legal copyright owner or legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner and provide proper verifiable proof of original ownership. The complainant will be fully responsible if any harm or damage is done to the accused party by submitting a misrepresented or false information and/or the use of the content falls under fair use. eHostingo reserves the right to challenge the abuse of the DMCA process and we are not liable for any content hosted by our users. eHostingo is a shared hosting and relevant services providing a platform where users can start their websites and serve content that they have access to. We strongly discourage and prohibit the hosting of illegal or unlawful content on our platform and are willing to work closely with legal authorities to resolve any matter that may arise. The complainants must include their legal contact details while contacting us regarding DMCA Notice or other legal matters. You may send your properly formatted abuse complaints directly to abuse@ehostingo.com. Any complaints without proper information described here may be considered invalid.

13.0 Hosting GuideLines

Users must not host any illegal or unlawful content according to the laws of the country of the user, the countries of the audience for the websites, or the laws of Bangladesh (The country where eHostingo originated from). The user of our service must not host or sell the following items on their website or from our servers:

Firearms or any relevant accessories


Adult Services

Highly Regulated Substances such as alcohol, tobacco products, marijuana, cannabidiol or CBD, LSD, and other cannabis driven products

Gambling and related products

Content or files that infringes the copyright or intellectual property rights

Money Exchange or Cryptocurrency Exchange site without any government permission

Malware, spyware, adware, spam, other malicious contents, materials, or codes

Impersonating another person or entity

Calls to Violence or threats

Posting private information without their consent

Keep in mind that these guidelines are just here to guide, interpretations of the guideline or any terms on this page are solely up to us. These terms or guidelines are not exhaustive and are subject to change.

Failure to comply with the hosting GuideLines may lead to immediate account suspension or permanent termination without any prior notice and no backup will be provided in these cases. 14.0 Support policy

14.1 Every user and our support operator are respected from their place. So we will never neglect our users and every user should respect every support operator properly. Even then if any user misbehaves or speaks a dirty language with our support operator for any reason or without any reason through a support ticket, live chat, phone call, or any other way then eHostingo will keep the appropriate evidence of such behavior. Even eHostingo keeps the ability to suspend or terminate certain or all the services temporarily or permanently without any notice and legal action will be taken if necessary.

14.2 Customers may request a support ticket for such services that are not mentioned on our website or advertisement. We may consider their request and enable it based on our management opinion. But the user may need to pay extra for this. If after providing the paid service eHostingo authority thinks it is not possible for them to maintain the service then eHostingo authority keeps the ability to terminate that service without any notice. However, based on the request of the user, the eHostingo authority can give a maximum of 7 days to move the service elsewhere. But it is entirely dependent on eHostingo authority.

15.0 Backup Policy

15.1 Backup Services

eHostingo offers paid automated backup services with its various services. You may take the paid backup service to have regular backups of your hosting or VPS servers on our dedicated backup storage regularly. Usually, hosting and VPS services do not include the paid Backup Service unless it is specifically mentioned. The paid backup service will include regular daily backup for a specified period.

15.2 Backup Services Terms

Once the customer orders a backup service with any of our services, the backup will be automatically created on our dedicated cloud backup server within 24 hours after purchasing cloud backup service for any hosting of VPS packages.

No backups may be available until 24 hours have been passed since the order and activation of the backup service.

The backups are generated once per day. Hence, if the user needs to restore any data, the changes made by the user after the daily backup has been taken may not be recoverable. Similarly, backups will be available to the user once a valid backup is available. And we regularly check and test the backups to verify their validity of the backups. Shared hosting cloud backup includes the ability for you to restore your website backups for up to 3 months in the past. VPS backups include regular daily backups of the past 5 days.

The user is still responsible to maintain a separate copy of the backup on their local computer or a separate location to avoid any extreme circumstances.
